Craniosacral Fascial Therapy, often abbreviated as CFT, is a gentle and non-invasive form of bodywork that focuses on releasing restrictions in the craniosacral system, which includes the bones of the skull, the spine, and the membranes and fluids that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord.

What sets CFT (craniosacral fascial therapy) apart from CST (craniosacral therapy) is its emphasis on the fascial system, a complex web of connective tissues that permeate the entire body. By working with the fascia, it can help reduce tension patterns, improve nerve function and decrease imbalances that may be causing prenatal and postpartum discomfort, feeding concerns and many other forms of dysfunction.
